Using the latest release of CIRIS – available from today – 12 Sep 2005 – users can now produce the report needed for the draft declaration report.

This report follows the format set out by the Healthcare Commission in their recent document – 'The Annual health Check – Guidance on the assessment of Core Standards'.

The report uses the HCC format for reporting compliance to each core standard:
- Compliance
- Not met
- Insufficient Assurance

The report also includes:
- General Statement of Compliance
- SHA Commentary
- Public and Patient involvement commentary
- Overview and scrutiny committee commentary
