Richmond and Twickenham Primary Care Trust (PCT) is responsible for health services in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The PCT shares its boundaries with the borough of Richmond, serving over 177,000 residents.

The PCT coordinates the funding for 31 GP practices and 171 GPs, 46 Community Pharmacies, 36 Dental Practices and 7 NHS Opticians, as well as hospital services and services provided by the PCT such as health visiting, district nursing, therapists and specialist services.
