With the development programme now in its final stages, we are pleased to announce 22 June as the date scheduled for the first release of the Next Generation CIRIS.

Based on revolutionary database technology developed under the DTI SMART programme, the release of the Next Generation service will mark the next level in compliance management with a substantial increase in the coverage of regulations and the introduction of significant new modules including an integrated risk register, enhanced evidence cataloguing, facilities for document control, and support for health and safety risk assessments.

Existing users will be advised shortly of the arrangements for upgrading to the new service.
