We are 3E Europe Ltd, a software company founded in 1995 and based at the Innovation Centre in Cambridge, UK. Our mission is to advance the practice of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) with innovative use of information technology. Our CIRIS web-based service enables organisations in highly regulated industries or services to manage their corporate objectives, compliance and risk as a single business management system.

CIRIS Radiology, launched in 2000 in collaboration with the Royal College of Radiologists and the College of Radiographers, with support from the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and the Department of Health, was the first solution in the UK to address the clinical governance agenda.

In 2005 we introduced CIRIS Corporate, which was the first service on the market to provide a solution for Standards for Better Health.

The latest generation, CIRIS for Healthcare, brings together CIRIS Radiology and CIRIS Corporate versions to provide what is the most advanced solution for governance, risk and compliance in UK healthcare.
